We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Our Products

Crazy GkTrick sells educational study material for competitive & government exam preparation, including:

• Physical Books — shipped via courier partners.
• Handwritten Notes — physical printed notes.
• E-Books — digital books delivered instantly via your account.
• PDF Notes — downloadable digital study material.
• Exam Bundles — combined packages of physical + digital material.
• Free Content — publicly available free study resources.

Product images on our website are for representation only. Actual colour & binding may vary slightly due to printing variations.

3. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility — notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of order placement is final.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards & netbanking via Razorpay, UPI QR, and wallet credits.
• In rare cases of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and refund the amount.
• Coupon / discount codes are subject to their individual terms and may be revoked / expired at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

• Orders are shipped through our logistics partners (Shiprocket network — Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, etc.).
• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your pincode and courier availability.
• A tracking number (AWB) will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather, festivals, remote location or courier partner issues — we will keep you informed.
• If a parcel is marked "Delivered" but not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
• Failed delivery attempts or RTO (Return-To-Origin) due to wrong address, refusal or non-availability may attract a re-shipping charge.

6. Digital Products & License

• On successful payment, e-books & PDF notes are made available for download or viewing via your account.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the purchased digital content for your own exam preparation.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload to Telegram / public groups, or use the content to create derivative works.
• Digital products may be watermarked with your name / email for tracking.
• Any piracy, sharing or unauthorised distribution will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

For physical books / notes:

• Cancellation: You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped — full refund to original payment method / wallet within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged / wrong item on arrival: Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos & an unboxing video. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Change of mind: We currently do not offer returns for change-of-mind on opened / used physical books due to their nature.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or site wallet if faster). Bank processing may take 5–10 additional days.

8. Wallet & Credits

• Wallet credits earned through refunds, cashback, or referrals can be used to purchase any item on the site.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Promotional credits may have an expiry date clearly mentioned at the time of issue.
• We reserve the right to reverse wallet credits issued due to error, fraud or chargebacks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including books, notes, videos, text, graphics, logos and the "Crazy GkTrick" brand name — is the exclusive property of Crazy GkTrick or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright & trademark laws. Any unauthorised use, copying, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law.
• Attempt to hack, probe, overload or disrupt our servers or accounts of other users.
• Upload any virus, malware or malicious code.
• Create fake accounts, misuse coupons, or commit payment fraud.
• Resell, redistribute or publicly share any paid content.
• Post abusive, defamatory or misleading reviews / content on our platform.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Our study material is designed to aid your preparation; we do not guarantee selection / success in any exam.
• Content is provided "as is" — while we strive for accuracy, typographical or factual errors may occur.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
• Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
