1. When You Are Eligible For A Refund Or Replacement
You may request a free replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- Damaged book: The book arrived physically damaged, dented, water-soaked or crushed during shipping.
- Torn or defective book: Pages are torn, missing, or the binding is broken.
- Printing defect: Blurred pages, faded print, blank pages, or a manufacturing fault.
- Wrong item delivered: You received a different book, edition, or subject than what you ordered.
- Lost in transit: The courier confirms the shipment has been lost or has not been delivered beyond 15 days.
- Incomplete order: One or more items are missing from a multi-book order.
2. Time Limit — 30 Day Window
Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be processed because courier dispute windows close and products can no longer be verified reliably.
3. What Is NOT Eligible For Refund
- All digital products — e-books, PDF notes, video courses, online mock tests, and any downloadable or access-based content.
- Books that have been used, written on, highlighted, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Requests raised after the 30 day window from the delivery date.
- Minor cover wear, small corner folds, or normal handling marks that occur during standard shipping.
- Orders where the customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason (return-to-origin charges may apply).
- Products returned without original packaging or without all accessories included.
- Coupons, wallet credits, and promotional bonuses are non-refundable to cash.
- Shipping or delivery charges paid (unless the order itself qualifies for a full refund under section 1).
4. How To Request A Refund Or Replacement
- Contact us within 30 days: Write to support@crazygktrick.com or call 9109624872 with your Order ID.
- Share evidence: Send clear photographs of the damaged / wrong item, the packaging and the shipping label. For damage claims, an unboxing video is strongly recommended.
- Await review: Our support team will verify your request within 2 business days and confirm the resolution (replacement or refund).
- Return pickup (if required): We will arrange a free reverse pickup through our courier partner. Keep the item ready in its original packaging.
- Refund / replacement processed: Once the item is picked up and verified by our team, your refund will be issued or a replacement will be dispatched.
5. Refund Timeline
- Wallet refund: Credited instantly once approved (fastest and recommended option).
- UPI / Bank account: 5 – 7 business days after approval.
- Credit / Debit card: 7 – 14 business days (depending on your bank).
- Replacement shipment: Dispatched within 2 business days of approval; delivered in 5 – 10 days.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your physical order before it is shipped. Please note the following:
- Before dispatch: Full refund to wallet / original payment method. No cancellation charges.
- After dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, however return-to-origin (RTO) charges may be deducted from your refund.
- Delivered orders: Once delivered, the cancellation option is no longer available. Please follow the refund process above if you are eligible.
- How to cancel: Go to Order History → open your order → click the “Cancel Order” button (when available), or contact our support team directly.
- Digital orders: Cannot be cancelled once access has been granted. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
7. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery
- If the courier attempts delivery 3 times and the package is returned to us (RTO), we will refund the order amount to your wallet minus applicable RTO courier charges.
- If the shipment is officially confirmed lost by the courier, a full refund or free replacement will be issued.
- Always ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Incorrect details that cause non-delivery are not eligible for a full refund.
8. Wallet Credit Refunds
Refunds credited to your Crazy GkTrick wallet can be used for any future purchase on our platform. Wallet credits do not expire and can be combined with active coupon offers. Once credited as store credit, the wallet balance cannot be transferred back to a bank account.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement regarding a refund or replacement, the final decision of the Crazy GkTrick support team — after reviewing all evidence — shall be binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
10. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
