1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team processes and packs the items at our Indore warehouse.
- Standard processing: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sunday / public holidays: Processed on the next working day.
- Peak exam season / bulk orders: Processing may take up to 3 business days.
- You will receive an email & SMS notification once your order is dispatched along with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Weather disruptions, strikes, regional lockdowns, festivals or incorrect addresses can cause minor delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination pincode and delivery zone. The exact shipping fee is shown on the checkout page before payment — there are no hidden charges.
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹150 based on weight and distance.
- Heavy / Bulk Orders: Calculated per courier rates; shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30 – ₹50 handling fee (where available).
- Remote / Hill Regions: A small surcharge may apply for remote pincodes.
4. Delivery Area Coverage
We deliver to 29,000+ pincodes across India through our trusted courier partners on the Shiprocket network — Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, DTDC, Ekart & India Post.
- Pan-India delivery: All major states, union territories & most remote areas covered.
- Pincode check: Enter your pincode on the product page or checkout to confirm serviceability before ordering.
- International shipping: Currently not available. We ship only within India.
- Non-serviceable pincodes: In rare cases where a courier does not serve your pincode, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Our Courier Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- India Post (Speed Post) — for remote pincodes
The courier partner assigned to your order is selected automatically based on pincode, weight and fastest route. The specific courier & tracking ID are shared with you after dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track its journey in real time:
- Visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID or AWB number.
- Check Order History in your account — every order shows its live status.
- Use the tracking link shared via SMS / email after dispatch.
- Live statuses: Order Placed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
7. Packaging
Every book is carefully packed to survive transit damage:
- Tamper-proof packaging material.
- Water-resistant outer wrap for fragile items.
- Bubble wrap & corrugated boxes for bulk / premium orders.
- Sealed with Crazy GkTrick branded tape for security.
8. Delivery Address & Contact Details
- Please ensure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are accurate at checkout.
- Address changes can be requested only before dispatch — please contact support immediately.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause non-delivery; applicable RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Keep your phone reachable during the delivery window so the courier can contact you if needed.
9. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse (RTO).
- RTO handling charges may apply on refund for undelivered orders.
- If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a full refund or free replacement will be issued.

10. Delayed Or Damaged Shipments
- Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window + 5 days, please contact us with your Order ID.
- Damaged on arrival: Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours with clear photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item received: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Do not use or write on the book.

11. Changes To This Policy
We may revise this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time based on courier rates, new service areas or operational changes. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
